What does Post Planner do?
Post Planner is like having a team of social media experts on demand. The app helps you find, plan and post top-performing social media posts to skyrocket your Likes.
What does my subscription include?
It depends on the plan you choose. All plans help you find and publish top-performing social media content, and also upload a library of your own content. For publishing, you can set up posting schedules and quickly queue up posts. Then you can manage your scheduled posts from our dashboard, and analyze and re-post top performers.
How do I know which plan is best for me?
Our main plans are built for beginners, social media managers and business owners. The major differences between plans concern the number of social accounts you can connect, the number of posts you can publish per day, the number of posts in your queue, and the types of content you can leverage for posts. Check the individual plans for more information.
Can I manage a team with Post Planner?
Yes, you can add team members with our Business+ plans. The number of users includes the owner of the account plus team members.
How does your content star-rating system work?
Our 5-star scoring system analyzes content to predict how well it will perform if you post it. The more stars you see, the better it will perform.
Can I change my plan?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade at any time, and you will be prorated for the period you've already paid for.
What are the billing options?
You can pay monthly or annually (for a lower monthly price). We prefer you pay via credit card. But we also accept payments for our annual plans via PayPal. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org for details.
