Use this page to request deletion of your Post Planner account and the personal data associated with it. You do not need to be signed in to make a request. This applies to the Post Planner web app and the Post Planner mobile apps, including “Post Planner for Social Media” for Android (com.postplanner.app).
How to request deletion. Complete the form below, or email support@postplanner.com from the email address on your account with the subject line “Delete my account”.
What we delete. Your account and profile information; the access tokens for every social media account you have connected; your scheduled, queued and draft posts; media you have uploaded to your Post Planner library; and your saved content, categories and settings.
How long it takes. Deletion is completed within 30 days of your request. The data is removed from our backups within a further 90 days.
What we keep. Transaction and invoice records required for tax and accounting purposes, and records necessary to prevent fraud and abuse. We do not use these records for any other purpose.
Deleting only part of your data. If you would rather delete specific data than your whole account, email support@postplanner.com and tell us what you would like removed.
