Because the user interface and basic functionality of our paid apps are the same as the free Pro app, we hope you will use the free Pro app to decide whether or not you’d like to invest in our higher levels apps.
Once you cancel your paid account, you won’t be charged again, but you are responsible for whatever charges have already been incurred for the current billing period, monthly or annual. For example, if your monthly billing cycle is on the 15th of every month, and you cancel on the 20th, you will still have to pay for the current month, but you won’t be charged again after that. If your annual billing cycle is on the 100th day of the year, and you cancel on the 120th day, you will still have to pay for the current year, but you won’t be charged again after that. You may cancel your annually billed plan within Your first 30 days from the date of original sign up or up to 91 days from Your current annual term's expiration date. All cancelations or cancel requests must be received in writing via our Cancel your subscription form.
We value your complete satisfaction above everything else. If you're dissatisfied for any reason, let us know within the first 30 days of your subscription and we'll issue a pro-rated refund for the balance of your term. We'll value your feedback in letting us know how we may improve via our cancelation form.
When you cancel, your account will be downgraded to our free service at the end of the current billing cycle.
