Manage your subscription with just a few clicks.

You can manage your paid subscription via your Billing PortalFor your convenience we've enabled the following self-service options for you:

  • View and download your billing Statements
  • Update your subscription information
  • Change or update your Payment Method
  • Upgrade/ downgrade your plan
  • Cancel your plan at the end of it's current billing period

To access your secure Billing Portal:

  1. Log in to your paid Post Planner app.
  2. Click on Settings then Account
  3. Then click on View Statements. You'll be redirected to your secure Billing Portal.

Cancel your paid subscription & you won’t be charged again.

For your convenience, all subscriptions automatically renew before the end of their billing period.

We don't offer refunds outside of the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee period which is 30 days from when you sign up for a paid subscription. Cancellations of the current subscription take effect at the end of the current subscription period. 

For example, if your monthly subscription period ends on the 15th of every month, and you cancel on the 20th, you'll continue to have full access until the 15th of the following month, but you won’t be charged again after that.

If your annual subscription period is on the 100th day of the year, and you cancel on the 120th day,you'll continue to have full access until the 100th day of the following year, but you won’t be charged again after that.

You may cancel your annually billed plan within your first 30 days from the date of original sign up or up to 91 days from your current annual billing period end date.

Once you cancel your paid subscription, you won’t be charged again.

How do I cancel my account?

  1. Login to Post Planner
  2. Click on Settings
  3. Click on Account
  4. Click on View Statements to access your personalized billing portal.
  5. You will be redirected to the billing portal.
  6. Click on Get Login Link via Email to confirm the email address on file with us then check your email and click on the link. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder or search for "Billing Portal Login".
  7. Once you've accessed the billing portal, click on Cancel on the right side of the screen in the Plan Details section.
  8. Follow the steps on screen to complete your request for cancelation.
  9. Your plan will be set to cancel at the end of its current term. You won't be billed again.

You'll have full access to your paid subscription until the date shown. After that your account will be downgraded to our free service.
