Because the user interface and basic functionality of our paid apps are the same as the free Pro app, we hope you will use the free Pro app to decide whether or not you’d like to invest in a paid subscription.
We value your complete satisfaction above everything else. If you're not happy for any reason, let us know within the first 30 days of your subscription and we'll issue you a full refund. We'll value your feedback in letting us know how we may improve.
You can manage your paid subscription via your Billing Portal. For your convenience we've enabled the following self-service options for you:

For your convenience, all subscriptions automatically renew before the end of their billing period.
We don't offer refunds outside of the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee period which is 30 days from when you sign up for a paid subscription. Cancellations of the current subscription take effect at the end of the current subscription period.
For example, if your monthly subscription period ends on the 15th of every month, and you cancel on the 20th, you'll continue to have full access until the 15th of the following month, but you won’t be charged again after that.
If your annual subscription period is on the 100th day of the year, and you cancel on the 120th day, you will continue to have full access until the 100th day of the following year, but you won’t be charged again after that.
You may cancel your annually billed plan within the first 30 days from the date of original sign up or at least 10 days before your annual subscription renewal date.
Once you cancel your paid subscription, you won’t be charged again.
You'll have full access to your paid subscription until the date shown. After that your account will be downgraded to our free service.
