Facebook's buzz this week is all about converting your Profile into a Business or a Fan Page! Though they never officially announced this new feature, their Help Center clearly explains the reasons Why and How to do so.
You should be aware that:
- converting a Profile into a Page will retain all of your friends as Fans, meaning they will automatically be added as people who "Like" your Page. Sounds cool. But be cautious, only your Profile pictures will be transferred so make sure you copy and save any other important information/pictures/data before you proceed.
- when you convert your Profile into a Page, you will have no way to reverse the process.
